Reporting to the Vice-President of Finance and Administration, the Controller manages and monitors the company's financial performance, ensuring compliance with banking, accounting, and tax requirements.
They play a key role in tracking financial ratios required by banks, preparing audit files, and implementing internal control procedures.

Management and monitoring of financial ratiosCalculate and monitor bank-required financial ratiosAnalyze trends and identify non-compliance risksDevelop action plans in case of non-compliance (reduce debt, improve profitability, renegotiate financing)Prepare financial reports for banks and investors with variance explanations and required adjustmentsImplement real-time monitoring tools for banking ratios to anticipate financing needs and prevent issuesPrepare necessary documentation for financial auditsCoordinate with internal and external auditors to meet their needsEnsure compliance of financial documents with ASPE standardsFollow up on audit recommendations and implement corrective actionsImplementation of financial and internal control proceduresDevelop and document internal financial proceduresEstablish an internal control framework to detect anomalies and prevent fraudAutomate financial controls using reporting and alert toolsTrain accounting and finance teams on new proceduresMonitor regulatory changes and update procedures accordinglyYour talents and qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experienceDegree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldHolder of or working toward a CPA designationProficiency in accounting software and ExcelBilingual in French and English, both spoken and writtenExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskHigh level of professional ethics and confidentialityWhat we offer:
