Account Executive (DACH) - Entrepreneur Businesses
We are seeking a German-speaking sales professional to join our team of Account Executives. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospect to close, and building strategic relationships with leading companies in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales cycle, including qualification, demo, and closing deals with minimal support.
* Create and nurture partnerships with key clients and organizations in the market.
* Drive business growth and build a strong client base across EMEA.
* Actively manage the sales pipeline and develop a long-term strategy for sustained success.
Your Profile and Skillset:
* Proficiency in English and German is required.
* At least 2 years of experience carrying a net-new revenue quota and consistently exceeding targets selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
* Proven experience selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing personas, with a strong understanding of the E-commerce/Retail/Brands domain.
* Able to qualify, position, and close deals effectively.
* Enthusiastic about meeting targets and an excellent team player.
