Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the independent coffee shop, hotel, and restaurant sectors across Dublin and surrounding counties.
2. Sales & Account Management: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closure. Establish and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at client businesses.
3. Product Knowledge: Leverage a deep understanding of the company's range of coffee products, equipment, and solutions to effectively demonstrate their value to potential clients and address their unique business needs.
4. Market Research: Continuously research and understand market trends, competitors, and the evolving needs of the coffee industry to stay ahead of the curve and identify growth opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the coffee industry or a related field, with experience selling coffee products or equipment to coffee shops, hotels, or restaurants.
* Business Development: Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, build a pipeline of prospects, and close sales.
* Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
* Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and is highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
* Knowledge of Coffee: In-depth knowledge of coffee products, the coffee supply chain, and the unique needs of businesses in the coffee sector.
* Driving License: A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is required, as the role involves travel to client sites.
