Role overview:
As the RPM IE Supervisor, you will be expected to be dynamic and enthusiastic, assisting with leading the team in the delivery of our Practice Support services. You will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing clients, while maintaining helpful and professional connections with both patients and client secretaries. You will liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to the client needs. This is a fast-paced role and requires you to be able to work in a pressured environment.
Primary duties:
1. Assist with managing multiple clinics in an off-site capacity for a number of consultants including clinic scheduling, call answering, client liaising, etc.
2. Coordinate patient requirements to ensure we deliver a high quality, personalised service.
3. Manage daily client communication via phone/email and/or attending meetings where necessary with the RPM manager or other members of the team.
4. Work closely with the RPM manager and the business development team in identifying prospective clients and future areas of growth.
5. Activate new client accounts and clearly communicate clinic needs and requirements to the team to ensure a smooth transition.
6. Assist with onboarding of new clients.
7. Onboard and train new team members.
8. Provide continual learning and development to team members.
9. Conduct and document regular audits on team’s work and provide feedback.
10. Manage internal & external email queries.
11. Host and attend weekly team, operation, and BD meetings.
12. Attend interviews where necessary and assist with various HR functions and responsibilities on the team.
13. Manage any team, patient, or client grievances as they arise.
14. Regular travel between sites to visit teams and offsite for client meetings/showcases nationwide.
15. Assist in the development and ongoing innovation of training tools and documents.
16. Perform ad hoc duties as they arise.
Skills required:
1. Previous supervisory experience an advantage.
2. Very strong people management skills.
3. Strong IT skills to generate reports - particularly in Excel, Salesforce, etc.
4. Ability to lead, influence, and motivate team members.
5. Delegate all work in a fair and equitable manner across all team members.
6. Willingness to learn and deliver training to improve efficiencies within the team.
7. The nature of the team can sometimes lead to challenging situations which are required to be dealt with in a professional and empathetic manner.
8. Must be accurate and numerate.
9. Strong interpersonal skills.
10. Be flexible in travelling to attend meetings off-site which may include outside normal working hours.
11. Be willing and able to travel to all office locations on a regular basis; overnight travel may be required.
