Our client a highly reputable and established Legal Firm, are seeking to recruit a Part Time Legal Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their team, working 2 days per week at the Wexford town legal offices.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants MUST have hands-on experience bookkeeping/accounts experience within a Legal Firm/Solicitor's office.
The role will involve the following duties: Invoicing Making Lodgements Transferring Funds Paying out of monies Recording of all payments to client accounts and assigning payments correctly to client accounts Making payments to other solicitors etc Bank Reconciliations ROS duties Monthly Account Reporting General day-to-day accounts and accounts administration duties.
