Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor
We are seeking an ambitious Employment Law Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join our growing Dublin team.
About the Role:
You will work on complex domestic and cross-border employment law matters for high-profile clients, including advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, representing clients in disputes, and supporting strategic HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on executive-level recruitment, terminations, and compensation arrangements.
* Representing clients in disputes before the Workplace Relations Commission and High Court.
* Supporting strategic HR projects such as restructuring, TUPE, global mobility, and gender pay gap reporting.
* Providing employment law advice in M&A, outsourcing, and other corporate transactions.

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 2-4 years PQE in employment law gained with a large, mid-sized, or boutique firm in Ireland or the UK.
* A strong academic background and a keen interest in employment law.
* Proven experience advising HR professionals and in-house legal teams.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
* Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development.
