Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Newtownards area, with a starting salary of £11.98 per hour.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer enquiries through high volumes of inbound telephone calls, emails and letters. Effectively resolve customer enquiries while following company policies and procedures, and provide customers with advice on a range of topics.
2. Liaise with maintenance staff and external contractors to organise repairs and call outs as required. Perform outbound calls to book gas, electric and other health and safety appointments, and carry out customer surveys.
Requirements:
1. At least one year of experience within a similar position. Previous customer service skills, strong telephony skills, and previous call handling experience would be advantageous.
2. 5 GCSEs to include English and Math or equivalent level qualification.
