Accountable and responsible for delivering on key business KPI’s – Market Share, Order Intake, Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA, NOWC.
Ensure Organisation fit for business needs in line with KPI requirements, commitment to staff training and development.

Order Intake and Sales Growth according to GEA guidelines.
Excellent communication and alignment on business growth in accordance with R&C / FT Division targets.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of Farm Technologies (FT) IE/NI including new market entries and identifying opportunities for (in) organic growth.
2. Responsible for all Business Operations at Farm Technologies IE/NI.
3. Responsible and accountable for drawing up an annual plan for the business within R&C, discussion and agreement with FT Division Leadership and R&C Country/Cluster Director.
4. Responsible for developing and implementing the Sales & Service plans in IE/NI in close alignment with the division, allocating resources, prioritizing initiatives to increase profitability for GEA.
5. Drives sales management and account management including GEA CRM systems.
6. Manage division Order Intake and campaign initiatives through CRM.
7. Manage and enhance the FT dealer network (direct and indirect) responsible for Sales & Service in IE/NI.
8. Ensure dealer deals are profitable, sustainable and well managed in respect of risk and cash.
9. Directly or indirectly supervise the FT Ireland team, ensuring development and coaching of employees within the entity and optimal staffing in terms of quality and quantity.
10. Build contacts with internal and external customers, suppliers and dealers while maintaining these relationships and managing expectations.
11. Understand the full potential of the value chain of the product & service offerings and know how to tap into these, creating business opportunities.
12. Understand the commercial and technical needs of customers and skillfully translate them back to the division into business opportunities.
13. Meet all GEA monthly reporting requirements, working alongside finance colleagues, providing support & information where necessary.
14. Ensure all GEA FT activities are in line with the compliance guidelines of GEA including internal controls, approvals, and risk management.
15. Responsible for compliance with both GEA, QHSE & legal regulations, procedures and (house) rules, both internally and externally, ensuring they are correctly applied.
Reporting
Reports to Country/Cluster Manager, manages business in alignment with FT Division (Matrix reporting).
Your profile and qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Commercial or Agri-Culture and/or Business Administration.
2. General Management professional including P&L responsibility.
3. Significant experience in steering sales and service organisations.
4. Significant experience in managing an independent dealer network.
5. Experience in growth and change processes and performance transformations in traditional sales organisations to best in class sales management.
6. Advanced understanding in business development, customer relationship management, market development in a national customer base.
7. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
8. Demonstrated written/verbal communication (ability to present sales figures and business unit updates to divisional leadership team).
9. Experience working in a matrix organisation.
10. Entrepreneurial skills (clear drive to sell and strong customer orientation & understanding, ability to gain high levels of trust from customers).
11. Leadership competencies (ability to lead diverse teams, strong top-line and target orientation with a strong people orientation).
