Joining our MES team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that enhance operational excellence and compliance across global pharma sites.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and cross-functional teams, contributing to impactful digital projects that directly influence product quality and patient safety.
You will be challenged to innovate within a regulated environment, with scope for leadership and professional growth in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Experience in Digital Manufacturing or MES development, specifically with Werum Pas X (Korber), Seimens Opcenter, Syncade MES, or Tulip MES.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulatory frameworks, including Gx P compliance.
Proven ability to develop, test, and implement Master Batch Records (MBRs) and related MES components.
Experience working effectively within multicultural, matrixed organisations and collaborating across diverse teams.
What type of work will I be doing? Building, configuring, and testing MBRs, process instructions, and templates in line with defined specifications and quality standards.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Dev Ops engineers, product owners, and site modelers to ensure business alignment and integration with partner systems.
Documentation, validation support, impact analysis of configuration changes, and incident management to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Success in the Rol e: Deliver high-quality MBR configurations aligned with the Core model and client standards, ensuring compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements.
Collaborate closely with MES product owners, digital teams, and business stakeholders to support end-to-end MES solution deployment across manufacturing sites.
Develop and maintain test scripts and validation documentation to support Gx P -compliant system testing and change control processes.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during MES implementation, contributing to continuous improvement and on-time project delivery.
