Location: Ireland (Dublin) | Office-Based (3 days a week minimum)The Corporate Counsel will play a key role in supporting Salesforce’s EMEA Sales and Professional Services organizations in structuring commercial transactions and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements primarily for EMEA Professional Services customers with a focus on UKI. Kindness and a good sense of humor are key to excelling as a member of our team.Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Teamwork: Lead on deals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the business (revenue recognition, sales operations, and pricing) to support processes for contracting and order processing.Lead & Deliver at Speed: Provide rapid, business-savvy legal advice while effectively managing legal risk and ensuring compliance across public and private sector transactions.Contract Execution Under Pressure: Review, negotiate, draft, and drive fast turnaround times on high-value agreements, including, cloud, SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, partner agreements, NDAs, and data processing addenda and AI transactions in support of the EMEA sales, professional services, and alliances teams.Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with sales, privacy, and security teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution, and that agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.Alliances & Partners Transactions: Support negotiation of reseller, distributor, and system integrator agreements related to both private and public sector opportunities, including ensuring compliance with relevant contracting requirements.Dispute Resolution & Risk Mitigation – Advise on contract disputes, bid challenges, and regulatory inquiries, minimizing legal and operational risks.Process Efficiency & Innovation: Identify and implement legal process improvements to support rapid deal closure. Act with kindness and good humor.Qualifications, Experience and SkillsFully qualified lawyer from an accredited law school/university; licensed to practice law in UK or Ireland.Minimum 5 years of legal experience.Strong negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in technology transactions, including SaaS, cloud, AI, and professional services.Experience advising on professional services, partner, reseller, and alliance agreements within a commercial and public sector legal framework is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and spoken English is required, additional European languages are preferred.Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and demanding industry.Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.Proven track record ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal clients.Familiar with and interested in technical concepts (Web applications, cloud computing, digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence) and the Professional Services associated with their implementation.Highly adaptable and service-oriented attitude.
