This is a SHORT-TERM CONTRACT for 6 MONTHS June – October / Immediate Interviews are Available.
The main responsibilities will be to assist with the preparation of ingredients and produce for the everyday service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Daily preparation working with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and Chef de Partie ensuring consistent running of kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 1-2 years Commis Chef experience essential for this role.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and ability to work within a team and on their own.
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week / mornings, lunches and evenings / 5 days a week to include weekends.
* Competitive Hourly rate of €12.00 Per Hour.
