Commercial Development Manager
A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Development Manager to join a high-profile organization in the Limerick and wider mid-west region.
The Role:
* Plan and manage income and sales streams.
* Negotiate funding and develop new long-term client/partner relationships.
* Expand engagement with existing client/partner networks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement new multi-year commercial and growth strategies.
* Increase the scope of the organization's business activities.
* Liaise with external specialists in their industry sector.
* Attend events/networking opportunities and represent the organization's values.
Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualification in business studies, commerce, or a related discipline.
* 4-5+ years of experience in sales, client account, or other commercially focused management roles.
* Experience in working in the not-for-profit, arts, or media/entertainment sectors is an advantage.
* Proven experience in strategic planning.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with colleagues and partners at all levels.
* Strong IT knowledge and ability to lead projects.
