WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
3. Conduct outbound sales calls against marketing campaigns.
4. Follow up on inbound enquiries.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevant.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
9. Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.
Customer Service Duties
1. Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders for healthcare consumables, ensuring timely delivery.
2. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
12. Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.
13. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
