Role Summary:
Acre Security are seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Project Manager, ex-DBA or ex-developer to execute technical projects from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical proficiency and project management skills, enabling them to actively participate in the technical implementation and where needed, manage project timelines and deliverables.
This role is critical for ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects by bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
Actively participate in the technical implementation of software, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed.
Manage and deploy acre security applications and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues across projects.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for install, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise, and adapting plans as necessary to meet project goals.
Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for technical improvement.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or system administration.
Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Experience with data integration, APIs, and SaaS architecture.
Proven track record in project management and technical implementations; formal qualification is a plus.
Essential expertise in system administration, DBA, and software development.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in team-oriented environments.
