Role Overview
We are looking for a Web Application Developer to join our technology team. This role involves a mix of frontend application development, AI-powered tools, and low-code/no-code platforms, enabling us to build and integrate customer-facing tools and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and integrate AI-powered features using tools like OpenAI, ChatGPT, and AWS Bedrock.
2. Create and implement mini-applications for customer interaction on the website and web apps.
3. Work with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Retool) where appropriate to accelerate development.
4. Develop seamless integrations between business systems using APIs and automation workflows.
5. Ensure UI/UX best practices by working with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and modern component libraries.
6. Optimize web applications for performance, security, and scalability.
7. Work with databases and SQL to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for applications.
8. Collaborate with product teams to define and implement user-friendly applications and tools.
9. Stay up to date with AI advancements and explore how they can improve our web applications.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in web application development or full-stack development.
2. Familiarity with AI-powered development and integrating OpenAI, ChatGPT, or AWS Bedrock into applications.
3. Experience working with low-code/no-code tools (Retool, Zapier, n8n) alongside traditional development.
4. Knowledge of API development and consumption.
5. Strong understanding of SQL databases and data management.
6. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and modern UI frameworks.
7. Experience working on frontend applications and integrating backend services.
Preferred Skills & Experience
1. Experience with AI automation and workflow tools.
2. Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
3. Exposure to real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
4. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Working Conditions & Benefits
