An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR/TA Coordinator to join our team at Morgan McKinley, a leading global organisation. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR team on a day-to-day basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries and provide timely support to employees.
* Assist with HR administration, including report preparation, contract issuance, onboarding, inductions, training, and other related tasks.
* Play a pivotal role in coordinating recruitment activities, such as job advertising, CV screening, agency liaison, interview scheduling, providing feedback, and issuing letters of offer.
The ideal candidate will be an HR professional with a proven track record in a similar position.
