Role Summary
The Change Manager will report to the Head of Transformation and Change Management and will be responsible for designing and executing a thoughtful change management strategy for assigned project(s). As a member of the Transformation Office team, the Change Manager will support complex projects for the company’s highest priority programs that support our 10fortheWin strategy. The Change Manager must demonstrate initiative, be an advocate for change and work across all cross-functional team members in order to successfully complete a project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating change strategy plans and building program governance structures.
* Articulating visions and expected project outcomes.
* Identifying and analyzing stakeholders and assessing impact.
* Developing communication strategies and completing training needs assessments.
* Executing preparation activities and feedback loops.
* Managing strategy leadership communications and identifying stakeholder management action plans.
* Supporting action plans for employee satisfaction results.
* Contributing to the internal Transformation Office and acting as a change agent.
* Providing mentorship and building tools and templates for practitioners.
* Hosting occasional learning sessions as requested.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities:
* Working with and communicating across various management teams to ensure effective information sharing.
* Partnering with project managers to assess the impact of change to stakeholders and manage communication on behalf of the project.
* Oversight of organizational Change Management activities, including change analysis, change management plan development, and understanding the current state.
* Developing strategies to drive end-user adoption for technology-driven projects.
* Measuring adoption, usage, and proficiency of initiatives.
* Creating a communication strategy and detailed communication plan.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Expertise in setting and managing leadership and customer expectations.
* Great executive presence and effective influencing skills.
* Significant knowledge of project communication planning.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience designing and executing change management plans.
* Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Experience working with senior leaders on major change initiatives.
* Experience defining and executing adoption measurement strategy.
* Ability to influence and think strategically and tactically.
* Change Management certification is preferred.
