This role is pivotal in driving engagement, culture, and talent development across global offices and Ireland. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, hands-on, and experienced in international benefits setup and people development.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with global leaders to align HR with business goals
2. Oversee international benefits, healthcare, and pensions implementation
3. Lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
4. Manage performance cycles and succession planning
5. Support organisational change and HR operations across regions
6. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years in HR, with 3+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
2. Experience managing global HR operations and benefit providers
3. Skilled in employee development and stakeholder engagement
4. Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
5. Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments
6. Experience in aviation preferred or from a high-growth multinational
