The Role As an Architect, you will be working primarily on residential projects located in the Greater Dublin region.
You will collaborate with a team of technologists and architects, supporting the team lead, usually an Associate.
The role will involve projects from initial planning through to construction stages, providing a nice variety to move between.
Job Requirements Ideally, you should be a registered architect with RIAI/RIBA and possess a good understanding of design processes in Ireland.
A clear understanding of tendering processes and specifications is essential.
Irish project experience across a range of projects is ideal; however, this role is not just a typical Architect position and involves more than just design.
Your project experience should include projects in Ireland or the UK to demonstrate your technical and design capabilities with construction methodologies.
