Overall Purpose of the JobTo work closely with Operational Managers, the Procurement and Business Development departments to collect and analyse data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labour required to deliver services, and/or consumables, parts to Apleona customers service. Work closely with Apleona Bidding Teams to ensure accurate and realistic pricing documents.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate pricing sheets / Form of Tender for tender submissions.Manage bid pricing from all vendors.Review and evaluate cost estimates / Ensure timely completion of estimates.Prepare estimates in detail for all products.Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying tender proposals, and related documents.Compute costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.Person SpecificationMust possess a dynamic approach to achieving continuous improvement.A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.Required to undertake studies with the objective to obtain a relevant qualification.
