Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are in line with the contract specifications. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Oversee the preparation of contracts, variations, and claims. Monitor project costs, manage risks, and ensure financial targets are met. Liaise with site teams to resolve any contractual issues or disputes. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and oversee procurement activities. Key Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role, with a strong background in managing civil engineering/infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management, and risk management. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control. Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
