Restaurant Manager Job Description
The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the success of The Stables Brasserie. This key member of the management team is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, creating an exceptional guest experience, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute tactical and strategic requirements to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.
* Implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of service excellence, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
* Oversee all aspects of the Stables Brasserie's operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, functions, and daily operations.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience as a manager or head of department in a food and beverage setting.
* Proven track record of leading a successful F&B team.
* 1-2 years' experience working in a busy 4*/5* hotel restaurant environment.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, negotiation, and attention to detail skills.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
