Job Title: Health & Safety Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and monitor health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Conduct site audits and inspections, reporting findings to management.
* Deliver safety training and presentations to staff and contractors.
* Manage personal protective equipment programs and ensure compliance with safety documentation.
* Act as a representative in safety meetings and contribute to health and safety awareness activities.
Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in Health and Safety within construction, road maintenance, or similar sectors.
* Full drivers license is required as company vehicle is provided.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and auditing practices.
