About the Role Join our client, a global leader in the digital advertising industry
We're looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to support the Global Media Sales Team.
You'll be the go-to person for handling ticket requests, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising optimizations and feature adoptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Account Team with Excel-based reporting, account analysis, and dashboard creation.
Deliver client-facing reporting and insights.
Coordinate with Ops teams for creative updates and changes.
Track and complete tasks using a ticketing system.
Analyze account health and provide optimization suggestions.
Innovate tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.
Stay updated on new product releases and reporting features.
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills:
Eager to learn about the digital marketing ecosystem.
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBi, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Advertising CertificationProficiency in Excel: VLookups, Pivot Tables, and data analysisBackground in Search/Programmatic/Display media or 1+ years in digital media sales/service.
