As a vital member of our award-winning kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality production within the agreed timeframe:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to work up to 5 days per week in our busy Kitchen department;
* Meet productivity standards by producing product to the agreed standard within the allocated timeframe.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols, including HACCP documentation.
* Collaborate effectively with the breakfast chef through open communication.
* Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
* Thorough knowledge of HACCP principles and practices.
* Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a recognized chef certification, are desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
