Role: Freight Telesales Executive
Location: Dublin 9
Terms: Full-time, permanent, office-based

Long-established North Dublin Freight Forwarder Transport seeks an experienced Internal Sales Exec for their offices in Dublin. Reporting to the Manager, you will provide sales support with a focus on developing and maintaining sales volumes.
Key Deliverables:
* Ensure sales queries are answered accurately and within the required timescale to achieve budget on revenue and volume.
* Ensure that all CRM quotation modules are updated and maintained.
* Ensure that all quoted rates have a special quotation or tariff reference.
* Ensure that all special/standard documentation charges are referenced.
* Keep the Sales Manager appraised of ongoing situations and problems so that the appropriate action may be implemented.
* Identification, pursuit, and conversion of new opportunities through the implementation of a proactive sales programme, including structured telesales plan and follow-up.
* Make a target number of proactive telesales calls, with targets set individually by the manager.
* Keep sales and customers (internal and external) up to date with relevant information.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years recent sales experience within the transport or freight industry.
* Good communication skills both on the phone and online with current and potential customers.
* Strong communicator with fluent English and the confidence to build lasting customer relationships.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft packages - Excel, email, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Online marketing skills to promote the brand.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Driven and ambitious individual.
* Excellent attention to detail.
Terms: Full-time, permanent, office-based, normal business hours.
