Recruitment Consultant Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, ideally with Healthcare Recruitment experience.
The successful candidate will:
* Build a personal book of business (candidates and clients)
* Meet or exceed target fees
* Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements
* Develop, maintain and manage client accounts
* Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated at all times
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
* Identify new leads
* Build client relationships
* Attend networking events and similar
* Research and marketing
Client Management:
* Develop and maintain client accounts
* Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums
Communication:
* Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants
* Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
* 1-2 years Recruitment Experience, ideally in Healthcare Recruitment
* Excellent communicative skills
* Work well as part of a team
* Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
* Excellent IT Skills
Recruitment Administrator Role
The successful candidate will:
* Bring applicants through the Recruitment process
* Interview applicants and start recruitment clearances
* Liaise with clients and management daily
Key Responsibilities:
Applicant Handling:
* Ensure all Doctors/Nurses/Healthcare Assistants are fully compliant before making them active to work
Marketing and Advertising:
* Generate strong adverts on a weekly basis to attract the correct candidates
Collaboration:
* Conduct open days, college visits and client visits
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year working in an office setting
* Excellent communicative skills
* Work well as part of a team
* Maintain a high standard of attention to detail
* Be IT literate
