Maynooth University wishes to appoint an ICT Systems Administrator at AOII grade, on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an opportunity to join IT Services providing a range of ICT services to the various University communities. This role reports to the ICT Infrastructure Manager, with a technical lead role provided by the Senior Systems Programmer and is part of the Infrastructure team. The Infrastructure team works alongside the User Support team as part of the IT Operations function in IT Services.
Current initiatives include upgrades to the campus network, continued development of MU cloud and hybrid data center services, disaster and cyber recovery scenario planning and continued expansion and usage of Microsoft 365 services.
