Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a PA to work within our Consulting practice based in the IFSC in Dublin 1. This role has flexibility to work 3-4 days per week in the office, with the potential for remote work on occasion. We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Personal Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The candidate must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, to provide invaluable support to our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling presentations.
Requirements:
* 4 years plus experience in a busy support environment
* Exceptional PC skills including Word, Excel, and in particular, Microsoft PowerPoint – Must have the ability to develop, design, and edit high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure consistent branding, aesthetics, and accuracy in all materials.
* Experience with organising Outlook calendar/ email inbox on behalf of others
* Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills – must possess excellent multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
* Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
* A working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
* A high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability

* Experience in a professional service firm an advantage
Key responsibilities include:
* Executive administrative duties for Partners within our Consulting practice – comprehensive and proactive diary and email inbox management
* Scheduling weekly/monthly meetings as required
* Preparing presentations and assisting on proposals/bids – liaise closely with internal departments such as Marketing
* Assist in the creation, formatting, and proofreading of various business documents, reports, and proposals.
* Administration of our client relationship management database
* Liaise and build relationships with clients and internal divisions on behalf of the team
* General administrative duties including processing expense claims, travel booking, and inputting of timesheets
* Adhoc duties as required
