Job Description:
As a SHEQ Advisor or Senior SHEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety, environmental, and quality assurance of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review, update, and communicate all relevant SHEQ rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
* Effectively allocate SHEQ Team resources to meet project requirements.
* Support and implement new work processes to eliminate or reduce hazards.
* Manage CDM responsibilities in accordance with current regulations.
* Assist with tender documentation to ensure accurate SHEQ submissions.
* Contribute to the development of company systems and procedures.
* Ensure adherence to all SHEQ Management System compliance.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Senior SHEQ role with management experience.
* Willingness to travel and work away from home on a project-by-project basis.
* NEBOSH OHAS Diploma or Certification and minimum IOSH Membership.
* Civils/Construction projects experience, particularly in Civils/Rail/Wind farms, is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 implementation.
* Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages.
* Clean driving license essential for site travel.
