Graduate Talent and Development Executive
We have an opportunity for an Executive to join the Graduate Talent and Development team of a leading law firm in Dublin.
The role
* Provide administrative support in the day to day running of our Trainee Lawyer, Summer Intern, Career First, First Step, Business Services and Legal Tech Programmes;
* Support on all group inductions and training sessions;
* Prepare for all internal events and coordinate sessions with partners;
* Prepare for and attend external promotional events and university careers fairs, which may include travelling outside of Dublin;
* Provide end to end support for our internal recruitment and selection processes;
* Liaise with the careers services and student societies in relevant universities;
* Book attendance at the relevant university careers fairs;
* Support the team with the preparation of all Law Society of Ireland documentation;
* Assist in preparing documentation for internal meetings;
* Draft sponsorship agreements for relevant universities;
* Co-ordinate a monthly social media plan with innovative content for our social media platforms, working closely with our marketing team;
* Keep up to date with the industry and regularly bring new ideas to the team;
* Assist with planning and preparation for all joiners recruited through the Graduate Talent and Development team;
* Assist with the co-ordination of monthly payroll;
* Set up and update employee profiles on the HR system including new starter and leaver workflows;
* Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process;
* Arrange for relevant documents to be sworn by solicitors;
* Respond to general queries from trainees, graduates and interns;
* Manage the graduate recruitment inbox and respond to phone queries;
* Process invoices for payments relating to graduate expenses.
The person
* You have at least two years’ experience in a high volume administration/recruitment/early careers role;
* You ideally have a background in HR operations or recruitment;
* You thrive in a fast paced environment;
* You are highly organised and proactive;
* You can work independently;
* You enjoy working as part of a team;
* You are a creative person who enjoys creating digital content;
* You are able to use your initiative.
