We are hiring for our client, a renowned law firm in Dublin, who is seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor (3+ years' PQE) to join their highly regarded team. The Role:
Advising employers on employment contracts, policies, and HR best practices.
Handling contentious matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and industrial relations disputes.
Representing clients before employment tribunals and courts.
Advising on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, restructuring, and TUPE.
Providing strategic legal counsel on workplace investigations and compliance matters.
The Person:
3+ years’ PQE in Employment Law from a reputable firm.
Strong experience in advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
