Location: Beaufield Veterinary Clinic
Position: Full-time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
Shifts: Most staff are on a 4-day work week with flexible shifts. Saturday shifts are 1 in 3
No OOH or Sunday work – Focus on work-life balance

About Us
Beaufield Veterinary Clinic is a well-established, busy, first-opinion small animal practice located just 30 minutes from Dublin city centre and 10 minutes from the M50. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality veterinary care and client service. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, blood machines, and dental x-rays, enabling us to provide the best care possible.
We have a stable and experienced team consisting of five vets (including several certificate holders), four veterinary nurses, and two support staff members. We are committed to creating an environment where new graduates thrive, and upskilling and utilization of nursing skills are strongly encouraged.
The Role
1. Surgical nursing and assisting in theatre
2. In-patient care and monitoring
3. Client care, to include nurse consultations
4. Working closely with the rest of our veterinary team to ensure high-quality patient care

Minimum Requirements:
1. Qualified Veterinary Nurse (must be eligible to join the register in 2025).
