Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking both Staff Grade and Senior Speech and Language Therapists to join our client's busy Childrens Disability Service in Carlow.
Role Overview
In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver essential speech and language therapy for children with communication, speech, language, and feeding needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and develop individualized care plans for children with developmental needs.
* Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists to provide holistic care.
* Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to meet the unique needs of each child.
* Contribute to innovative service development initiatives and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with CORU.
* Experience working with children in a disability setting (preferable for Staff Grade), or a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a pediatric or disability setting (essential for Senior Grade).
* Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
* A full clean Driver's License with access to your own vehicle.
