Accounts Receivable Administrator

* Manage and maintain office systems, filing, and databases.
* Handle incoming inquiries, both over the phone and by email, in a professional and timely manner.
* Process paperwork, reports, and documents accurately and efficiently.
* Assist in preparing reports, and other materials as required.
* Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
The Person
We are looking for an individual with:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
