Job Description:
The Manager will act as the Person in Charge for existing social care/residential services ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Supervise staff/volunteers and manage financial resources
* Develop and implement quality management systems
* Manage report writing, personal support plans, people, and roster management
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
* Proven track record of managing a residential service that meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements
* Professional degree (level 7) in Applied Social Studies or relevant qualification
* Level 6 Management qualification
* Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent working knowledge of legislative/regulatory requirements and responsibilities
Working Conditions:
