Charles Hughes Ltd. t/a Portwest is Ireland's leading supplier of workwear and PPE. Established in Westport in 1904, the company specializes in the design and production of protective clothing, including high visibility, flame resistant workwear, safety footwear, work gloves and personal protective equipment. We are seeking an Sales Administrator to join our Logo Team in Westport. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment and the right candidate will be practical, ambitious and ready to hit the ground running in this role.
WHAT YOUR ROLL WILL BE
Email and call handling in a busy environment
Providing excellent customer service, seeking to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
Order processing and customer service
Providing customer quotations
Providing support to the Account Management team
Process special branding orders and queries accurately and promptly
Working with customers on branding approvals
Sourcing special products from external suppliers for client contracts
Reporting as required
Administration as required
Any other tasks as required in line with the role
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2+ years experience in a similar environment
Microsoft Office proficiency is a necessity, particularly Excel
Able to work accurately, at pace, to meet fixed deadlines
Forward thinking, positive attitude
