It is what makes us, us The Roles We are seeking a number of new assistant managers/ managers to join our Consulting division and a dedicated team of management consultants working primarily in supporting public sector clients in Ireland.
Our team work collaboratively with clients to develop solutions to their most complex issues around strategy and organisational design.
As a result, they can help clients make better decisions, reduce costs, build more effective organisations and develop appropriate strategies to support growth, development and government policy implementation.
Ideal Candidate We are looking for consultants with a background in working as in house consultants or ideally in professional services firms or specialist consulting firms.
Our approach to consulting is evidence-based driven by robust independent analysis and a partnership approach to engagement.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and deliver projects across a diverse client baseand range of topics but primarily focused on strategy, culture and organisational design (organisational structure, workforce planning, functional reviews etc) Responsibilities Manage key parts of client projects reporting to a partner, director or to the Head of Public Sector Manage small teams of more junior consultants Conduct research, benchmarking and policy analysis Analyse data and information and build an evidence base to inform recommendations Facilitate client meetings and workshops Determine appropriate solutions, scenarios and options for clients Develop and present client materials, deliverables and report Further develop consulting tools Contribute to the innovation and evolution of our client services and solutions Principal Requirements Third level qualification 5+ years consulting experience in a professional services, in house consulting or specialist consulting environment English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving skills - analytical, innovative and creative mindset Ability to work in a pressurised environment Strong communication skills Capacity to build long term relationships Aptitude to grasp new concepts quickly and effectively produce results Ability to be self-directed and an independent contributor to the team Project management capability Experience in strategy or organisational design would be an advantage Experience in working on behalf of Irish public sector organisations Strong emotional intelligence and self awareness Don't wait.
