HRIS Support Assistant Sanderson is currently seeking an HRIS Support Assistant to join our leading client to deliver a full cycle HR system support role within a busy Human Resources Department as an Access XD System Support Assistant.

Core Duties The Access XD System Support Assistant will provide day-to-day support for the Access XD system, focusing primarily on the Talent and Recruitment modules.
This role will act as the first line of support for these systems and will collaborate closely all departments to ensure seamless operations.
Additionally, the role will maintain the Careers website and provide backup support for the company travel facilities system.
The role will also contribute to and supporting the introduction and implementation of new functionality and processes.
Essential: HRIS System experience Basic understanding of web technologies for maintaining the Careers website.
Experience with system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Proficient/ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Report writing experience.
Ability to deal effectively with confidential & sensitive material.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Project team experience.
Desirable: Access XD (CoreHR) system experience Data analysis experience.
Knowledge of HR legislation.
Skills: HRIS HR Information Systems HR Administration
