JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and analyzing various aspects of the company’s accounting system and work independently with general supervision from management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review and analyze general ledger account balances.
2. Prepare monthly reconciliation and balance sheets.
3. Analyze financial transactions including costing issues, PPV analysis, etc.
4. Analyze data related to overall profit and costing detail.
5. Prepare timely reports and communicate with functional areas.
6. Collect data and prepare reports on sales & costs, inventories, projects, capex, purchase orders, etc.
7. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position.
8. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
9. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. At least 2 years of experience (ideally in a similar manufacturing entity).
2. Part-qualified Chartered, Certified, or Management Accountant.
3. Task-oriented with the ability to adjust multiple priorities in a short period of time.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to communicate with other team members in an effective, pleasant, courteous, and tactful manner.
6. Proficient systems experience with strong Excel skills; hands-on experience with SAP is beneficial.
