The Client:
My Client are a Connacht-based c.€150m T/O Main Contractor. They have recently won several new Contracts in the Limerick region and are hiring for Project Managers and Senior Engineers.
The projects are for Care Homes, Student Accommodation, and Offices. We are looking for 2 Project Managers with previous experience managing similar builds. You may be a Degree Qualified Senior/Project Engineer looking to step up or have previous experience as a PM.
As this is an established, close-knit team, we're also looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in what they do, and sees others do well. This position has supervisory responsibilities, so we are also looking for someone who has the ability to develop people and processes and who possesses excellent communication skills.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
* Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion.
* Oversee project planning, coordination, and control, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery whilst upholding Company EHS standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Construction Engineer.
* Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
* Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines.
* Ideally previous experience Project Managing Construction Projects in Ireland or the UK.
* It would be great to have Project Management qualifications (PMP, Degree, etc.).
