Job Title: Dutch Sales and Negotiation Specialist
Job Type: Permanent Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Location: Dublin City
Work Model: Onsite training followed by a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Remuneration: €50K on-target earnings with uncapped commission available, plus pension, healthcare, gym membership, and other benefits
We are seeking a skilled Dutch Sales and Negotiation Specialist to join our growing global organization based in Dublin city. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate with excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and client management experience.
This role involves reaching out to prospective clients and expanding the organization's presence in the Dutch market. You will be part of a global company with modern offices in the heart of the city, working closely with a small, specialized team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and growing new accounts and clients, collaborating with other departments to achieve targets
* Identifying and coordinating site visits, ensuring necessary infrastructure is in place to meet client needs
* Fostering a clear understanding of proposed propositions and agreement terms among prospective partners
* Effective communication via phone and email, both verbally and in writing
* Preparing accurate proposals, pitches, and presentations
* Maintaining efficient data processing through our database/CRM system
* Demonstrating business acumen and influencing/negotiation skills
* Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile:
* Fluent Dutch language skills (verbal and written) and proficient English
* 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
* Customer service experience is not necessary but is advantageous
* Higher education qualification essential
* Strong administration and MS Office skills
* High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and innovative approach
* Excellent telephone manner essential
* Strong time management skills
