Job Title: HR Business Partner
Cpl Recruitment is seeking a Permanent HR Business Partner for an Insurance Organisation in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist and possess strong Employee Relations skills.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Provide expert HR support and guidance to the Leadership Team.
* Support management on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management, and other key areas.
* Collaborate with the business to develop effective onboarding programs.
* Review and improve existing recruitment strategies.
* Align business objectives with people management across the organisation.
* Contribute to HR projects as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR Business Partner role.
* CIPD qualification.
