Key Responsibilities - Drive QQI process implementation and maintenance across new and existingprogrammes - Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and market research to inform curriculum development -Establishand manage robust feedback collection systems to enhance student experience - Collaborate with faculty tooptimizecourse quality and learning outcomes - Implement andmonitordata protection protocols in compliance with GDPR - Develop andmaintaininternal monitoring systems for quality assurance - Support module development and accreditation processes - Analyze student engagement metrics and feedback to drive improvements - Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance initiatives and outcomes Required Qualifications & Skills -Recent Graduate within last 3 years - Strong understanding of QQI frameworks and quality assurance processes in education - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements - Excellent project management and organizational abilities - Strong analytical and research skills - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone with an undergraduate degree in English, Business, Accountancy who combines attention to detail with strategic thinking, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
