Social Care Manager Contract: A Full-time Permanent Position with 39 Hours per Week
The Role of the Team Manager involves providing leadership and direction to the team, actively coordinating their efforts to ensure the development of person-centred services as outlined in the Service Plan for each Service Area.
This is a full-time supernumerary role that requires the Team Manager to support staff teams and be responsible for the overall operational management of specified locations within the service.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Coordinator/Area Manager to deliver services efficiently and effectively within agreed parameters and will be an active member of the management team.
Requirements:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent qualification
* A Level 6 qualification in Management
* A minimum of three years' experience in Intellectual Disability services
* At least three years of supervisory or management experience
* A valid car driver's licence
