Systems Engineer (Contact Centre)
12 month Contract
Galway (1 week a month on site)
Requirements:
Must have Contact Centre experience and experience in either Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.
Strong systems engineer.
Responsibilities:
Proven background in software development, software quality engineering, agile (SCRUM), test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing.
Responsible for designing, developing, and executing software which ensures the quality of the company's cutting-edge Trading Platform by using industry-standard tools, custom-built solutions, and strong problem-solving skills.
Works closely with Developers, Architects, and Operations to ensure application code quality through the use of code reviews, UNIT test automation, and will also be critical in standing up continuous integration and continuous delivery capabilities.
Experience with Automation Tools & Technologies:
(similar) Selenium Web Driver, Coded UI, Protractor, SAHI Pro, KARMA, Parasoft SOAtest, Parasoft Service Virtualize.
Soft Skills:
Ability to drive strategy & change across organizations, build Continuous Integration/Delivery automation solutions for each product/project.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience plus 6-9 years of experience in a QA and/or Developer role.
