Responsibilities
• Oversee the full lifecycle of fit-out and design projects, from planning to completion
• Manage on-site activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and standards
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and design integrity
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and compliance documentation, providing regular updates to senior management
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Site Manager/Project Manager, ideally within the fit-out and design sector
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, construction methods, and design principles
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage
• A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
