OfficeMaster is looking for a qualified and experienced Commercial Graphic Designer to run their Design and Print Department for a period of Maternity Leave. This is a part-time temporary position.
Based in our Retail Shop, at 93 The Quay, Waterford, the successful candidate will be working with both our commercial and retail customers on design and print solutions.
The core responsibilities of this role are,
* Assess and determine the needs of clients to produce creative and accurate print ready design solutions to meet their requirements.
* Responsible for all aspects of the sales process as well as design i.e. producing quotations, Invoicing/charging customers, organising deliveries, liaising with suppliers etc.
* Maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation as an organisation that is committed to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
The ideal candidate,
* Will have a degree or advanced diploma in visual communications/graphic design.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a design role.
* Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Cloud (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
* Has strong communication skills.
* Pays exceptional attention to detail and has the ability to handle multiple projects at a time and prioritise tasks.
* Has commercial understanding and business acumen.

Pay: €23,683.00-€37,207.00 per year
