The main responsibility of a Commercial Account Executive is to handle both new business as well as existing renewals dealing with both local and International Insurers and our panel of Introducing Agents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To maintain and develop relationships with existing retail clients, wholesale customers and insurers.
Manage our renewal strategy in accordance with the companies procedures/aims to maximise results.
To target and develop new customers and service new business enquiries from our customers.
Liaise with Insurers, Account and Claims Handlers to maintain and achieve excellent customer service standards.
To assist senior executives in the development and implementation of all the key business strategies of the firm.
Requirements:
CIP qualified or working towards
Minimum of 2 years commercial broking experience
Experience of Open GI system is desirable but not essential
Strong communication / presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
A high level of IT skills e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
