Job Description:
The Land Development Agency (LDA) is a key Government Commercial Semi-State Body that delivers social and affordable housing on State and other lands.
It is overseen by an independent board of directors and has funding committed by the Government.
Role Purpose:
The LDA seeks a Project Procurement Specialist (Capital Projects) to assist in delivery of a best practice procurement function within the Property function.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in large scale complex tender processes and framework agreements.
* Manage individual tender processes for various tenders, including publication of notices, management of clarifications, and preparation of evaluation matrices.
* Contribute to tender evaluation processes and draft notification letters.
* Maintain procurement files and registers.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in commercial roles with expertise in procurement, particularly in capital works contracts. They should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills and initiative to drive results.
